Abstract
Blood consists of a liquid, the plasma, which leads to three different cells and their functions. Red cells are the cells in greater amounts in the blood stream, are nucleated in fish and carry oxygen and Carbonic gas. The leukocytes are the defense cells and can be used to assess the immune system, as thrombocytes are related to blood clotting with the organic defense and have phagocytic function. Hematologic parameters have been used Brazil and abroad as an environmental statement and reliable health Factor bodies . The aim of this work is to present to students of biology on blood tests and what their use today. The fish will be caught with seine on the beach of the Big hole in Santos , will be anesthetized with clove oil and the blood will be collected on the caudal peduncle with heparinized syringe and placed in EDTA tubes, these fish will be transported to the acquits to be identified . With blood, a blood hematocrit and MCV smears will be made. It is expected that students learn to use a seine net to collect the blood of fish and identify them using a dichotomous key. Like , learn to sew blood smears and observe them under a light microscope , the blood cells differentiate into erythrocytes , the different types of leukocytes and thrombocytes . And realized the importance of these hematologic analyzes for environmental analysis and monitoring.
