Main Article Content

Abstract

This article will address the need for awareness of guardians and guardianship of minors, regarding the control of vaccination, where it will be seen that vaccinating is not a matter of autonomy but a duty and that although society Brazil has wide freedom, it submits to the supremacy of the public interest, in which values cannot override the will of the state when the focus is on a vulnerable person. The effects of the resistance of those responsible not to comply with the dictates of official vaccination campaigns will be said, demonstrating that such a situation may even lead to the loss of family power.
