Abstract

This work aims to show global growth and population growth, which has caused industries, fires, consumption by vehicles, two or more by families, mining, among other factors, to be causing several negative effects to human health and the environment. The polluted air has gone through several stages of quality and involution. The objective of the present work is to analyze atmospheric pollution that has represented a serious and worrying health problem, such as respiratory problems, among other factors, social and environmental effects, in addition to harming flora and fauna, in order to better understanding with searches based on original or review articles that addressed the topic in question, using the following databases: Scielo, in addition to published articles, using the following terms as descriptors: air pollution, health of the being human, environment, industries.
