TIC/TAC/TEP: Tchnologies to empower and to learn Maria Emilia Sardelich

Resumo

This paper aims to present a reflection on the use of Information Technology Communication (ICT) in the second decade of the XXI century. The bibliographic research contextualizes the contemporary society from the metaphor of "network society" and presents the challenges to education in that society. Differentiates the practices of the culture of teaching and learning culture, view the use of technologies for the empowerment of people.
