Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the motivational management in projects,, as well as the challenges in stimulating employees and their leaders. Nowadays globalization makes the market very competitive, the great obstacle is undoubtedly to manage the change through tools that allow to master these new challenges. Due to a general crisis of motivation that affects professional categories, it is difficult to coordinate any human activity when one loses one's sense of work. There is a vast and unknown world in the field of human motivation, but it is a fundamental tool for the survival of companies and that actions based on motivational tools add great benefits to the organizations and the employees themselves who need to stay alive and motivated in the search for selfrealization . The results point to the congruences between the main theories, which reinforces the need for leadership prepared to motivate his team.
