Abstract

In the current labor market scenario, there are many researches, articles, books and techniques that seek to guide leaders how to manage their leaders, especially how to work on developing their team towards a common goal. However, before several theories, there is still the problem in knowing which style of leadership to adopt in the midst of a great number of techniques and theories. Thus, this article aimed to review and understand the Situational Leadership, which currently presents features close to the labor market scenario, where it requires flexibility in different situations. In order to do so, it was adopted as a methodology the bibliographical revision of books, articles and digital media to deepen the foundations of the theory and make a comparison between the changes that occur over time with the Situational Leadership. In this way, it is concluded that there is not only an ideal leadership style, but there are several ways to lead in different situations.
