Abstract

The Unisanta Business and Management Journal brings together in Volume 2, No. 1 (2019), scientific papers written by MBA postgraduates from different areas of knowledge, developed at Universidade Santa Cecília, on relevant topics for good management practices.

The editor-in-chief of the Unisanta Business and Management Journal - Prof. Dr. Maria Cristina Pereira Matos - had the invaluable collaboration of the invited editor Prof. Dr. Hernani Arriscado and Professor Dr. Sérgio Antonio Loureiro Escuder, who always participates in the supervision of the MBA Final Papers carried out at UNISANTA.

The work of organizing the articles received by the specially invited editor Dr. Hernani Arriscado for this volume resulted in an edition with 8 specially selected articles.
