Abstract

At a time when global scientific production was severely affected by the pandemic, Unisanta Business and Management Magazine decided to give its readers a unique opportunity to share knowledge, launching its 2020 annual edition with a set of refined scientific articles in the area of ​​business and administration.

These articles, written by students who graduated from the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Programs in the areas of Business and MBAs, include the contents of the best Course Conclusion Papers, so well guided by the Coordinator of these Postgraduate Programs - Professor Me. Sergio Antônio Loureiro Escuder and by the other professors who also participate as advisors in these MBAs.

The selection and curation of the texts was prepared by Professor Me.
