Abstract

The Unisanta Business and Management Journal in 2021 offers another set of refined scientific articles in the area of ​​business and administration.

These articles, written by students who graduated from the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Programs in the areas of Business and MBAs, include the contents of the best Course Conclusion Papers, supervised by the Coordinator of these Postgraduate Programs - Professor Me. Sergio Antônio Loureiro Escuder and by other professors who also participate as advisors in these MBAs.

The selection and curation of the texts was prepared by Professor Me.
