Abstract
The global economy has caused changes in the socioeconomic, political and cultural structures of several nations. The growth of the informal economy and the increase in exclusion encourages the creation of a solidarity economy, representing poles that generate income and employment, emerging as an alternative to structural unemployment. The text addresses different aspects of the Incubation process of projects built in Universities. This incubation carried out in a Solidarity manner is of great educational relevance
