Abstract
This work presents a proposal for a practical field research class for higher education teachers and focuses on courses in Logistics, Administration, Port Management and other areas of knowledge that aim to debate the importance of sustainability in everyday domestic and commercial food in your curriculum. The work addresses the concept of Reverse Logistics, Green Logistics, the importance of recycling and the population's behavior in relation to the environment. The lesson plan presents a suggested work divided into six stages including expository and practical classes, field research, seminar presentation and discussion of the results obtained in the research by the students. The research will show how the population behaves in relation to sustainability, what are the various forms of urban solid waste disposal that they use on a daily basis and what actions students could propose with the results obtained in order to multiply their knowledge to improve the environment.
