Abstract

This work presents the methodology of fieldwork for undergraduate Law students with the aim of transmitting information about defense insurance to artisanal fishermen who live in poor communities in the Santos estuary (SP). In order for them to transmit, they need to be trained, which will occur in advance through theoretical classes, whose teaching plans and scripts are also included in this study.
