HERBARY OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF CAMPINAS, SÃO PAULO (UEC) Washington Marcondes-Ferreira

Abstract

 The Herbarium UEC has more than 186.000 specimens, of which 130.522 are eudicots and basal angiosperms, 19.041 monocots and 3.764 ferns and lycophytes. Most vouchers were collected in the Southeastern Region of Brazil. More than 154.737 specimens (83% of the collection) and 93.251 images are available online, including 598 types. The Herbarium UEC has an intensive activity with several Herbaria from Brazil and others countries.
