ILHA SOLTEIRA HERBARY, SÃO PAULO (HISA) Andréia Alves Rezende

Abstract

The Herbarium Ilha Solteira (HISA), its structure, collection area, as well as contributions to the Cerrado flora are presented here. The HISA has about 10,300 samples registered in its collection, being Fabaceae with the largest number of vouchers. Currently has about 2,000 herbarium specimens computerized. The material incorporated in the collection, mostly, was collected in the border region between the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul.
