Abstract

 The MBM Herbarium, its colletctions, its projects and contributions to the flora of Paraná State and Brazil are presented. The MBM currently has 400,000 samples representative of vascular plants flora of Brazil, especially of Paraná State. Yts collections are being scanned and recorded in the Brahms system and will be available on line until December 2016. The typi collection of MBM has approximately 2,800 items, including holotype, isotype and paratype, with 80% scanned and available.
