Abstract
The Teredinidae family is one group more specialized of estuarine and marine bivalves. The subfamily classification is controversy and need specific studies. The paper aim to suggest one hyphotesis in Teredinidae systematics with aid cladistic analysis which morphological data. Results showned 102 parcimonius tree (L=14, CI=71 e RI=80) and three groups: Group I (Kuphus polythalamia, Teredo furcifera e T. navalis), Group II (Teredo bartschi, Lyrodus floridanus, Psiloteredo healdi e Neoteredo reynei) e Group III (Nausitora fusticula, Nototeredo knoxi and all Bankia species).
