Abstract
Quality education plays an essential role in today's society, not only providing knowledge but also developing critical skills to deal with the vast amount of information available. The evolution of educational technologies, such as software and applications, underscores the importance of interactivity in the learning process. Bibliographic research is crucial for understanding the best practices and current trends in this area. The theory of autopoiesis suggests that learning is a continuous and highly individualized process, influenced by each individual's unique experiences. Interactivity plays a crucial role in this process, shaping cognitive structures and promoting metacognitive reflection. The choice between software and applications in educational contexts depends on educational objectives and usage context. In summary, the synergistic integration of technology and pedagogy is essential to promote meaningful learning that meets the needs of students in the constantly evolving contemporary society.
