Abstract

The Herbarium PVA UNIC Educational Primavera do Leste - MT, was founded in 2009. Currently has 1.930 samples, predominantly fungi and phanerogams. These come from the Cerrado Mato Grosso. Currently has one the largest collections fungi cataloged the region, especially the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park. For phanerogams group the herbarium has 872 records represented by Lamiaceae, Fabaceae and Asteraceae. Fungi are distribute in 1.058 records, especially the families Polyporaceae, Hymenochaetaceae and Fomitopsidaceae. This collection fungi is one the most important in the state, relying on a nomenclatural type and copies that were recorded for the first time for the biome.
