JOSÉ ÂNGELO RIZZO HERBARIUM, GOIÁS (JAR)

Abstract

Here will be presented a brief history of the creation of the Herbarium José Angelo Rizzo (JAR), their infrastructure, collection as well as their projects and contributions to the flora of South Region of Goiás. The JAR herbarium currently has about 4,500 herbarium specimens of vascular plants and bryophytes. Although it was created in 2012 the herbarium is still being implemented.
