Abstract
The premise of this article is to identify the main problems caused by the interference of the Port of Santos in the urban environment.
The main access route for imports and exports, the Port of Santos is the largest in Latin America, hence its economic importance for the country. On the other hand, as it is very close to the urban environment, the Port of Santos poses some problems to the city and consequently to the population, from interference with cargo transport to major accidents such as the recent fires.
Through the Two-Value Annotated Paraconsistent Logic (LPA2v), used in this article, it will be possible to quantify and identify the degree of evidence in oil accidents at sea, for example.
The modernization of the Port is necessary, but here we suggest proposals to make it happen in a sustainable way, becoming a Green Port.
