Abstract
Contamination of beaches is a concern for authorities and the general public due to problems with sanitation and environmental impact. The bathing indices seek to alert to a reduction in the risks of bathing in beaches classified as croup for bath. The present study was characterized as a splash of standards by the Perequê beach population - Guarujá - SP, relating the main aspects of detection and comparison of the aspects of detection of pollutants with the indices of bathing and pluviometric. During a field survey we saw that Perequê beach is completely anthropized, with several residences with clandestine sewage connections, being dumped directly into the marine body. It was also found that the bath index of the world of 2017 and 2018. It was also seen that the volume of rain did not influence the indexes of bathing, but other factors, such as: Many residences in the strip of sand pouring direct sewage in the sea; various clandestine connections on the beach; hydrodynamics of the site; structure of the bay; velocity of waves; lack of public investment in basic sanitation on the spot.
