Abstract

Due to the lack of morphological knowledge of many similar species, taxonomic errors are made, which generates frustrations when evolving the specimens. This study presents characteristics that allow an appropriate distinction between Jacaranda micrantha Cham. (Bignoniaceae) and Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch. (Sapindaceae).
