Abstract

The present study aimed to establish a method for the monetary evaluation of individual trees, although it is essential to consider that there was no concern with traditional aspects such as production and planting costs, and that the only interest was the monetary value of a given tree specimen at a given time. Thus, the set of formulas presented in this method are suitable for the evaluation of individual trees that are subjected to radical pruning, removal, or transplantation, which ultimately result in the loss of the individual.
