Abstract

This study explores the importance of feminine inclusiveness in industrial maintenance, evaluating how the participation of women impacts the operational efficiency of teams, gender diversity in innovation and the barriers faced by them. Using an approach that combines analysis of data and interviews with workers and managers, the preliminary results show the feminine presence contributes to a more inclusive and efficient work environment, raising the quality of services. However, women still face challenges. Those who overcome these hurdles frequently report enriching work experiences, suggesting the female inclusion can bring meaningful benefits to work environment and productivity.
