Abstract

The work "Sustainable Management of PPE: Innovations and Circular Economy Practices in the Industrial Environment" explores innovations for reusing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The research indicates that many PPEs are improperly discarded, causing significant environmental impacts. The study proposes circular economy practices, recycling PPEs into new products, such as pillow covers. Additionally, it suggests partnerships with local industries for collection and reuse programs, reducing waste and promoting social benefits, such as job creation. The proposal aims to minimize environmental impact and foster sustainability in industrial waste management.
