Abstract

This article addresses the impact of stress in the workplace, seeking to understand its main causes and consequences. Stress becomes harmful when left untreated, affecting both the body and mind, and can cause problems such as anxiety, depression and heart disease. The main focus of the project is the creation of a device designed to monitor the user's stress level, generating a final report. This device, connected to software, aims to help companies identify stress in their employees, offering a preventive solution for Burnout Syndrome. The article analyzes the impact of stress and the effectiveness of the device in maintaining well-being in the workplace, seeking to improve the quality of life of employees.
