All regularly enrolled in the 3rd semester of the Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. Performance data was obtained from the course grading system. An explanatory and non-experimental quantitative model was followed. There was no statistically significant difference in performance in Probability and Statistics between genders, p>0.05. Women demonstrated that even in small numbers they are as competitive as men in the discipline analyzed.
