Abstract
This study addresses the economic and market challenges in halal meat production, highlighting the need to balance traditional religious practices with modern demands. The growing global demand for halal products requires adaptations, without compromising religious precepts. The methodology was based on the analysis of articles, categorized according to relevance, authors, and research criteria. The objective was to explore the tensions between tradition and economic efficiency, proposing solutions to reconcile both. Despite these challenges, companies that adapt to the halal market remain profitable, reinforcing the importance of transparent and innovative strategies in the sector.
