Abstract

Early childhood education is a fundamental period in a child’s growth and marks their first contact with the world. This research is dedicated to studying the guidelines that regulate the training of teachers who work at this level of education. Studies show that student training must continue in accordance with the guidelines of the BNCC and the BNCC faculty, both theoretical and practical. Early childhood educators need higher education to work at this stage of basic education. But this is just a start. The knowledge that underpins the work of these professionals requires a deep understanding of child development, which is not limited to understanding the age group served. We therefore need continued training, which should not be considered just simple training.
