REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HEALTHCARE – UNITED KINGDOM

Abstract

This work aims to research and understand the United Kingdom’s Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, having as a starting point the country’s position in individual and social protection of their people, and also assuring that brand new technologies are prone to be implemented and created. For this, official sources from the UK government and renowned researchers are used. It also highlights the European Union’s protagonism in this subject, being the first international organization to approve an AI regulation.
