MENTAL HEALTH IN THE INFORMATION AGE: THE PRODUCTION OF SELF-DIAGNOSIS IN 60 SECONDS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA

Abstract
This article discusses the central objective of the incidence of self-diagnosis among university students living in Santos, São Paulo, through short videos posted on social media about mental health. This article seeks to understand the motivations and implications of such behavior, as well as how this information is passed on. To achieve its objectives, the study involved 88 participants who answered 24 questions formulated by the authors of this article, aiming to gather data on health access, consumption patterns, and online behavior.
