WORKER’S MENTAL HEALTH: YOUNH APPRENTICES AND THERISCK FACTOS FOR OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES

Abstract
This work proposes to inform to young apprentices who are being inserted into their first job experience on how to identify anxiety in their work routine to reduce the risks of occupational diseases, promote self-care through personal practices, contributing to quality of life, and promote individual well-being related to mental health. The work was carried out in two steps, where in the first a lecture was given about occupational diseases, anxiety and self- care practices, and in the second the practice of chocolate meditation, a self-massage practice and the Word Rain dynamic were taught. The positive results were evidenced by reports from the young apprentices who said they felt deeply relaxed, in addition to demonstrating that they had learned about the topic of occupational diseases.
