Abstract

This work presents the development of a security and monitoring system for electrical and electronic networks, using protection relays and the ESP8266 microcontroller. The objective is to detect and prevent equipment failures, increasing reliability and reducing downtime. The solution enables both local and remote control: through a web-based interface, it is possible to check the status of each load, turn it on or off, and perform an emergency shutdown that deactivates all loads simultaneously. This approach allows for quick response in risk situations and supports operational continuity. The proposed architecture also enables predictive maintenance by providing real-time analysis of the load status. The results obtained demonstrate enhanced safety, greater system stability, and potential reduction in operational costs.
