THE IMPACTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON SOCIAL SECURITY

Abstract

The research addresses the use of Artificial Intelligence by the INSS in the granting of social security benefits. The objectives of this work are to analyze the impacts of AI on Social Security and to highlight the fact that technology should promote access to justice, goal 16 of the UM Sustainable Development Goals. The methodology was based on bibliographic research, in addition to the analysis of current legislation and Bill No. 2,338/2023. The results demonstrated the opacity of A.I, since the technology is not yet able to resolve complex conflicts without human interference. In this way, constant adaptations of technology, the help of servers and the regulation of the use of Artificial Intelligence in Brazil are essential.
