GUITAR ADAPTATION FOR PHYSICAL DEFICIENT FOCUSED ON MUSICTHERAPY
Main Article Content
Abstract
Physical disabilities can significantly impact an individual's autonomy and well-being, making everyday tasks challenging. Music therapy emerges as an effective method for promoting inclusion and rehabilitation through music. This project proposes a technological adaptation of a six-string guitar for individuals with upper limb disabilities. The implementation utilizes a Raspberry Pi 4 as the controller, six MG996R servomotors, a 3D-printed support structure, a touchscreen graphical interface, and programming developed in Python. The results demonstrated the feasibility of the solution as a therapeutic and inclusive support tool, highlighting the potential of integrating technology with the proposed therapy method
