TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF EDUCATION: TASKEDU AS A SOLUTION FOR CLASS MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Class assignment in municipal schools involves manual teacher selection, requiring organization and possibly causing administrative difficulties. To optimize this process, TaskEdu was developed, a web system using Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PostgreSQL, focused on digitizing and organizing class distribution. The system allows registering teachers, classes, and subjects, arranging allocation after teacher selection. Its goal is to centralize and simplify class assignment, controlling workloads and improving educational management. Results show improvements in agility, reliability, and internal organization, highlighting the importance of integrating technology and education
