Abstract

The project aims to reduce the impacts of the absence or fragility of basic education, factors that compromise social inclusion, employability, and financial stability. Despite government initiatives, the problem persists throughout the country. Therefore, we developed a mentoring program aimed at different age groups, with the goal of promoting educational inclusion and enhancing opportunities for personal and professional development
