Abstract

Given the growing penetration of young entrepreneurs into the job market and their lack of administrative knowledge, this study aims to broaden knowledge about the use of administrative management tools among young entrepreneurs or those interested in starting a business, aiming to achieve greater market sustainability. It aims to demonstrate the importance of applying these tools to young entrepreneurship. This is an applied, bibliographical, documentary, and qualitative-quantitative study, with interviews and questionnaires. A workshop with practical activities will be developed to promote the knowledge and application of management tools among young entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs in their second and third years of high school
