Abstract
This article aims to analyze interpersonal relationship issues in schools, identifying them as one of the main factors contributing to the increase in reports of violence in the classroom. Reflection on this topic becomes even more relevant when considering the contributions of Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which can offer a new perspective for addressing individual differences, promoting more harmonious coexistence, and consequently reducing conflicts and violence
