Abstract
This article analyzes how Nonviolent Communication (NVC) can contribute to strengthening organizational culture, highlighting the strategic role of the Human Resources (HR) department. The qualitative and bibliographical research presents the principles of NVC: observation, feelings, needs, and requests, as well as their applications in the organizational context. It highlights communication challenges in companies, such as noise, listening failures, and lack of empathy, proposing NVC as an alternative for more respectful relationships. It highlights the role of HR in mediating listening and developing leadership. The conclusion is that NVC can be integrated into management practices to strengthen bonds, improve the organizational climate, and promote more humanized work environments
