REDUCED PEDIATRIC IMMUNIZATION COVERAGE: CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES AND IMPACTIS ON CHILDREN´S HEALTH

Abstract

This research project, employing an integrative literature review methodology, has the primary objective of analyzing the challenges that the health sector faces due to the decline in childhood vaccination rates and the short- and long-term consequences this entails for the health of both children and the community. Scientific articles from databases like SciELO, published within the last five (5) years, were used as the basis for the analyses and the construction of this study. The results will be classified and organized considering the objectives of this study
