THE IMPACTS OF GENERATIONAL CONFLICTS ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The organizational climate can be impacted by several factors, one of which is the generational gap present in organizations. This qualitative and bibliographic study is based on previously published research, analyzing the impacts and conflicts arising from the coexistence of different age groups in the organizational environment. The results show that conflicts are mainly related to communication, the use of technology, and differences in thinking, both professionally and personally. It is concluded that companies need to invest in strategies, in conjunction with human resources management, to minimize these impacts and promote a healthy environment for everyone.
