Abstract
This article presents the architectural project CULTIVA – Creative Economy Cultural Center, developed as a Final Graduation Project in Architecture and Urbanism. The aim is to propose a multifunctional cultural space located in the Continental Area of São Vicente/SP, with emphasis on youth training, encouragement of artistic, technological, and entrepreneurial production, as well as the enhancement of local identity. The methodology included bibliographic and documentary research, analysis of architectural references, and urban-environmental diagnosis. The results highlight the relevance of the creative economy as a strategy for socioeconomic development, justifying the creation of an inclusive, accessible, and sustainable cultural facility. It is concluded that the project acts as a catalyst for social integration and strengthening of the local economy
