Abstract

– This paper presents the application of Power BI as a tool for analyzing and visualizing budgetary data in the municipal public sector. The research combines theoretical review and applied practice, demonstrating how the use of Power BI can streamline decision-making, promote greater transparency, and improve efficiency in the management of public resources. The results show that the developed model facilitates budgetary control, optimizes the interpretation of information, and makes data communication clearer and more accessible to society, contributing to more modern and participatory public governance
