The Brazilian Congress of Scientific Initiation began its activities in 2009. Since then, it has been publishing the abstracts of the selected papers in Supplements to Annual Editions of the Ceciliana Journal¹.

Starting with the 16th Edition of the Congress in 2024, the UNISANTA Journal Portal will start publishing the Complete Papers in the journal called "Anais do Congresso Brasileiro de Iniciação Científica".

This publication will annually bring together scientific articles resulting from the results of important selected Scientific Initiation research activities.

Carried out mainly by undergraduate students, these researches are developed under the supervision and guidance of responsible professors registered in prominent Research Groups in the country.

Only works approved by the Scientific Committee of the Congress are selected for Publication, thus ensuring the originality of the research and the unequivocal possibility of constructing scientific knowledge from the initial training of the undergraduate student.
