DEVELOPMENT OF CHILD READERS IN BRAZIL

Abstract
Children's literature allows children to experience different moments of playfulness, a process that should be part of an individual's childhood. Because contact with books stimulates reading habits and feelings from an early age. From this perspective, the general objective of the study is to analyze the importance of literature in the formation of readers in early childhood education and as a specific objective to expand the discussion on the presence of children's literature in schools by bringing literary reflections in early childhood education.
