ANALYSIS OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF PATIENTS AT THE PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC AT SANTA CECILIA UNIVERSITY ABOUT CHROMOTHERAPY

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the level of knowledge of patients at the physiotherapy clinic of Santa Cecília University (UNISANTA) about chromotherapy. For this purpose, an observational, cross-sectional study was conducted, analyzing 30 participants, who are undergoing treatment at the clinic. Data were analyzed in Excel®, with numerical data expressed as mean and standard deviation (SD). Categorical data were presented as absolute (n) and relative (%) frequency. The analysis of the data of this research observed the knowledge about chromotherapy. After data analysis, was observed that 16 (53.3%) of the patients were familiar with the therapy and 14 (46.6%) were unfamiliar, given that this technique presents beneficial results, and can add greater knowledge to population
