Abstract
After performing bariatric surgery the obese patients lose a lot of weight. Hence the need for reparative surgical intervention to reduce sagging skin and restore well-being and guarantee the dignity of the human person. It is abusive and illegal to deny coverage of such procedure by Health Operators on the grounds that it is merely cosmetic surgery, when judicial intervention is necessary, in order to guarantee fundamental rights and the correct treatment against obesity.
