Abstract

 International Labor Organization Convention 148 and 155, by virtue of the application of the conventions issued by the World Labor Organization, provide for the possibility of cumulation of unhealthy and dangerous work premiums, whereas the celetist rule provides for and determines the option for one of the additional work. There is a clear clash of rules about the applicability of the Convention.
