Abstract
The Sixth National Meeting of Graduate Studies of the Santa Cecília University, held on November 10 and 11, 2017, aims to become a specialized forum for master's and doctoral students, as well as specialization students from all over Brazil, to disseminate and discuss their technical and scientific work. This space is of great importance for these students to discuss and evaluate the opinions of colleagues and professors in order to prepare a more complete work that can be submitted to a national or international journal.
This event takes place every year at UNISANTA, and UNISANTA Scientific Initiation students are also open to participation in the work of graduate students, in order to allow greater interaction between graduate students and undergraduate students, thus meeting the basic principle of Brazilian graduate studies, which is to train increasingly qualified professors for undergraduate teaching.
The 6th EPG had a large participation of students from UNISANTA's Master's and Specialization courses. There were 144 papers submitted for the Event, of which 97 were accepted. I congratulate all the members of the Editorial Board of the Event, as well as the professors who carried out the evaluations of the panels on the days of the 6th EPG. I also congratulate all the students who managed to produce high-level papers with a large amount of scientific data in a short space of time.
